You can still have control over your voice and body, even when fear is coursing through you. I know, because I’ve done it time and time again.

I’m always scared when I speak. But fear doesn’t stop me. I’ve built a successful acting and speaking career by embracing radical acceptance and leaning on a solid set of tools.

Here’s the truth: if you are an introvert, you already have incredible strengths—depth, thoughtfulness, and the ability to connect in meaningful ways. Most introverts think they cannot get in front of a camera and talk. But we are going to practice just that.

In class 3 of Find Your Voice. Build Your Story, we are going to WRITE.

• We’ll get out the pens and pencils and dive in.

• You’ll write your personal story, your corporate story, your business story (even if you don’t have one yet), and even a story for the next party you attend.
